Our coaching services focus on one on one relationship addressing issues focused on goal achievement and tools for individual and company success. Senior leaders (and sometimes their direct reports) collaborate with their designated coach to increase clarity of purpose, develop and implement a vision, align values, learn important skills and find creative avenues for problem-solving. Our coaching process incorporates conversation (in-person or via phone or Skype), clear action plans and agreements on accountability.
