Client Successes
Client Need
The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Technologist Section desired to build a pipeline of future leaders at their annual Leadership Academy. Hand-selected attendees representing local chapters nationwide would profit from sharpening leadership, decision-making and communication skills while enhancing personal networks. An added benefit would be igniting buzz back at their chapters to engage future participants.
Our Design
With a foundation of teaching solid, fundamental leadership and communication skills, the original program design has proven successful for 10 years. Each year, in collaboration with the organizer to understand current organizational trends and associated needs, the agenda is revisited and refreshed.
